GAME RULES FOR STEEL HUNTERS

These Game Rules supplement the Code of Conduct contained in section 12 of the End User License Agreement (EULA) by providing explanations and examples of how we apply the Code of Conduct to Steel Hunters with account to the game’s unique features and community feedback. The Game Rules are not intended to override the Code of Conduct or the EULA. In case of any discrepancies, the EULA will prevail.

1. The following actions are prohibited while using Steel Hunters, its game chats, and community channels (including but not limited to Discord), as well as when creating names, avatars, signatures, or any other content you may generate in the game:
a. Any illegal activity or encouragement of illegal activity.
b. Transmitting any content that is offensive, infringing, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or discriminatory.
This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech based on race, gender, nationality, religion, etc., even if the text is abbreviated or otherwise altered.
c. Discussion or encouragement of suicide.
d. Spamming.
This includes repetitive identical or similar messages and off-topic content that disrupts the way players normally communicate on the platform or channel.
e. Advertising in any form.
This includes, but is not limited to, excessive self-promotion. Do not promote content outside of the channels dedicated for that purpose.
f. Discussion of social, religious, or political issues that may create offense.
Our community is not the right place for content that is likely to result in conflict.
g. Obtaining and posting identifying information about yourself or others.
h. Defrauding other users, including by scamming or social engineering.
i. Transmitting any content that contains a virus, corrupted data, malware, trojan horse, bot keystroke logger, worm, time bomb, cancelbot, spiders, spyware, extraction tools, mining programs, or other computer programming routines that are intended to and/or actually damage, detrimentally interfere with, secretly intercept or mine, scrape or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
j. Performing, soliciting, or assisting with a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack against the Products or any user.
k. Creating, using, making available, or distributing any unauthorized software or tools, including hacks, cheats, exploits, scripts, bots, trainers, automation programs, or other software that interacts with the game in any way and for any purpose, including intercepts, emulates, or redirects any communication between such software and Wargaming. This includes misrepresenting your location to obtain an unfair advantage.
l. Creating, using, making available, or distributing any software designed to modify the game and change the user experience (“mods”) unless expressly permitted by Wargaming.
m. Accessing or attempting to access areas of the game or game servers that have not been made available to the public.
n. Impersonating any person, business or entity, including employees of Wargaming.
o. Undermining the fair play principle or disrupting the normal gameplay, e.g. rigged battles, passive play, or early exit from battle.
This also includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(i) Intentionally exploiting the physics of the game or bugs to gain an advantage in the game.
(ii) Using bots, clickers, macros, keyboard and mouse recorders, or any other similar methods that enables gameplay without the participation or with passive participation of the player in the battle.
(iii) Repetitive and excessive passive play.
p. Circumventing or bypassing enforcement and security measures implemented by Wargaming.
We may add new examples of unfair and disrupting behavior as they appear in the game or as we discover them, including based on the community feedback and complaints.
2. Discussions in languages other than English should be held in the channel designated for that language. Violations of this Game Rules will be sanctioned whether they are in English or any other language.
3. Please follow the Code of Conduct carefully, taking into account the explanations and examples provided in these Game Rules. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the EULA and may result in restrictions on your access to Steel Hunters, other Wargaming Products, or your Wargaming account in general as described in sections 19.4-19.9 of the EULA (“Suspension or Termination by Wargaming”).
