The full language of DSA can be found within the Official Journal of the European Union.

DSA Point of Contact language: English. We also might use technical translation tools to facilitate smooth communication.

Territorial scope: This communication channel is available in the European Union.

Purpose of the communication channel:
This communication channel, provided through the contact form below, should only be used to submit notices about illegal or incompatible with Wargaming EULA content, posted or used by users on Wargaming resources, as well as communicate on any other issues within DSA scope.

Please consider, that this communication channel should not be used for other purposes.

Other requests:
If you wish to communicate in respect of issues which fall out of scope of the DSA, we may not be able to support such a request through this communication channel. Please find below links to other communication channels which you can use to report your issues:

If you would like to report illegal content which you found on pages, devoted to Wargaming products, hosted by large online platforms (such as Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc.), please report it to the online platforms where you found this content, to speed up resolution of the issue.

If you would like to submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement under Digital Millennium Copyright Act, please send it to the e-mail dmca@wargaming.net.

Procedure:
If you contact us through this DSA Point of Contact, you will receive an automated email about receipt containing a unique ticket number, if you have provided your e-mail contact. As soon as we consider your request submitted through the DSA Point of Contact, we will inform you on the final decision we have taken, providing that it falls under the scope of DSA.

Right to appeal:
If you believe we have taken a wrong decision on your request, you can appeal against our decision by sending your reply in response to the e-mail with information about the final decision we have taken. You also have the right to apply for judicial redress at any time.

Please note that we will not be able to reply to you if your request is anonymous.
